These Terms of Service are an agreement between Relative Motion Games LLC ("we", "us") and the adult who installs Flagnition (the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to them.
Flagnition is made for children. When a child uses the Service, the child's parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for the child's use of the Service.
Flagnition is a mobile game provided by Relative Motion Games LLC. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use.
We may update, improve, or modify the Service at any time to enhance gameplay or performance.
Flagnition offers one optional in-app purchase that unlocks the full game.
The purchase is optional
A simple arithmetic question for grown-ups is shown before the purchase screen opens
It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to their terms
Each device that joins a local multiplayer race needs the full game unlocked on it
If a purchase fails to work as expected, we will make reasonable efforts to fix the issue or provide a replacement. Refunds, when applicable, are handled by the app store.
You agree to use the Service responsibly and not to:
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it
Use the Service in violation of any laws or regulations
Flagnition is made for children and is suitable for all ages.
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
Supervising children's use of the Service, including local multiplayer
Managing in-app purchases using device-level parental controls
Deciding whether their child uses Game Center, which can be restricted in the device Settings
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the Service handles and the choices you have.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Relative Motion Games LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not use our content without permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation. We do not treat feedback as confidential.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that:
The Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free
The Service will meet all expectations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relative Motion Games LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
the amount you paid for the Service, or
$100 USD
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law, or takes away consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you have a complaint, please email us first so that we can try to resolve it. Any court case about these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version in the app and on our website with a new "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Service and delete the app.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the Service.
